Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Imaari Jewellery, every order is carefully packed and dispatched within 1–7 business days from the date of purchase.

Delivery Timeline

Once your order leaves our facility, it usually reaches you within 7–14 days, depending on your delivery location. Please treat this as an estimate rather than a guarantee, actual delivery times may vary from order to order due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays, adverse weather, strikes, or political disruptions.

Address Accuracy

It’s your responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and correct. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to modify the delivery address, and we cannot bear the cost of reshipping to a different location. Spotted an error after placing your order? Message us on DM or email immediately so we can try to catch it before it ships.

Liability

Imaari Jewellery is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they’ve left our facility.
